School with Books Project: Investing in Education Means Investing in the Future

At SRFAM, we believe that building a stronger community begins with education. With this commitment in mind, we joined the School with Books Project, an initiative that promotes access to printed books and encourages reading habits among children and young people in the local community.

The main objective of this project is to support schools in creating and expanding their libraries by establishing a network of social responsibility that brings together businesses, educational institutions and the community. Through its contribution, SRFAM helps provide schools with additional educational resources, promoting equal opportunities and recognising the importance of reading in the development of future generations.

As part of this initiative, SRFAM's CEO, Luís Rodrigues, donated educational materials to the Maceira School Centre after assessing the school's specific needs. This contribution provided valuable learning resources that will support both students and teachers in their daily educational activities.

More than a one-time contribution, this initiative reflects SRFAM's commitment to corporate social responsibility and its dedication to supporting the local community.
